What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an experienced, outstanding leader and strategic thinker who has:
- A deep knowledge and understanding of current developments in teaching and learning to sustain and develop student progress and raise attainment following the pandemic
- A proven commitment to Teaching and providing a diverse and challenging curriculum for all children
- The ability to motivate and engage staff, stakeholders and the wider community to ensure the highest levels of achievement
- Presence to be an influential ambassador in the local and wider community
- Ability to translate our whole school community’s vision into positive outcomes for our children
