You will be a qualified teacher with senior leadership experience in a special school with a behaviour and learning focus working with vulnerable families and multi-agency teams. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence and motivate staff and build effective relationships with students, staff, parents, governors and other key stakeholders.

Cornfield is a school maintained by West Sussex County Council for students aged 8 to 16 who have social, emotional and/or mental health difficulties. The aim is to provide them with a supportive learning environment in which they can grow into responsible young people ready to take their place in society and the world of work.
