Our Trustees are seeking to appoint an exceptional Head Teacher. The successful candidate will possess vision, knowledge, and experience to enhance our mission and drive forward both existing and developing good practices.
About EBN Academies
The EBN Academies provide high quality education and support to students aged 13-16 who require a different educational experience than mainstream schooling to improve their outcomes. As Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in motivating and inspiring students, staff, parents, carers, and the wider community to ensure every student achieves their full potential and is equipped to seize a range of opportunities.
In order to continue the growth of the Academies and further develop support for the students the Trustees and Executive Head Teacher are seeking to appoint a Head Teacher who:
- Has recent and substantial experience at Head Teacher or Deputy Head level within the secondary phase.
- Is a dynamic and inspirational leader with the vision and drive to advance and further strengthen the Academy.
- Can maintain strategic direction with the ability to be creative, rigorous and practical.
- Is an excellent practitioner who is able lead our very talented and reflective teaching and support teams.
- Is passionate about releasing the potential of all children within a multi-cultured inclusive school.
- Is able to maintain and nurture our ethos where all pupils can feel equally valued for their culture and contributions.
- Is able to demonstrate a flair for working collaboratively in order to maintain and develop our very positive relations with pupils, staff, parents/carers, governors, our neighbouring schools and the wider community
