This is a sensational opportunity for a new or experienced Head Teacher to open a brand-new school, turning your leadership vision into a reality. Starting April 2022, with the school opening its doors to children in September 2022 you will work alongside our extensive central team and will be at the heart of all decision making; finalising the design of the school, the resourcing of the school, the curriculum, and the team that appointed to deliver your vision.

Rivendell Flying High Academy is the second new school that we have opened, following on from the significant success of Hucknall Flying High Academy. As the newly appointed Head teacher you will draw upon expertise from across our central team including Estates, Finance, HR and School Improvement, to enable you to make your vision a reality. You will also work closely with the Deputy CEO who is overseeing the opening of this new school and will have support via the current Head teacher of Hucknall Flying High Academy, who will be available to work alongside you 1 day per week as you set up the new school ready for opening in September 2022. We will ensure that as Head teacher, you have all the tools and resources required to deliver an exceptional school.
