Gildredge House opened in 2013 as part of the free school movement and with the ceaseless support of our community including parents, staff and students alike we continue to grow. The school has a two-class entry in the Primary phase, five classes per Year Group in the Secondary phase and a developing Sixth Form. At our last Ofsted inspection in 2017 we were graded as ‘Good’ with the school being described as vibrant with a warm atmosphere and making good progress year on year.
Our vision for the school is one of traditional values and high academic standards, coupled with a contemporary approach to teaching and learning that inspires and enriches the experience of students. We want a leader who will instill creativity, scientific inquisitiveness, technological innovation, sporting energy and a love of learning in our students; and a passion for success for our teachers.
