Head Teacher job summary

We are looking to appoint an inspirational headteacher who will lead with purpose and confidence; nurturing and taking care of each and everyone in our community. If you are motivational, strategically creative and deep thinking with the interpersonal skills needed to build strong relationships then this would be a wonderful opportunity to lead an inspiring, energetic team in the next phase of the school’s development. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all members of the school community and we expect all staff to share this commitment. John Bunyan Primary School and Nursery is a three form entry primary school with a 52 place Nursery in the north west of Essex.
