Head Teacher job summary

We are looking to appoint an inspirational headteacher who will lead with purpose and confidence; nurturing and taking care of each and everyone in our community. If you are motivational, strategically creative and deep thinking with the interpersonal skills needed to build strong relationships then this would be a wonderful opportunity to lead an inspiring, energetic team in the next phase of the school’s development. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all members of the school community and we expect all staff to share this commitment. We ensure through high quality training and development; all staff gain a deep understanding of the expectations of the Keeping Children Safe In Education guidance 2021.
