Head Teacher job summary
This will be an exciting opportunity for either an experienced school leader or an aspiring senior leader wishing to have the experience of opening a new school.
You will need to be a dynamic, committed leader who will provide positive leadership and direction for the Academy and embrace the ethos and values expressed in the Learn@ MAT Statement of Purpose.
We are looking for a Head Teacher who:
• Will enthusiastically take on the opportunities and challenges of this post;
• Is passionate about learning, teaching and personal, social development;
• Recognises and values the opportunities provided by a co-located specialist SEMH and SLCN provision with a short break (respite) residential facility
• Has proven experience of using a wide range of interventions for effective management of challenging behaviour
