An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Mercenfeld Primary School in the role of Head Teacher. The Head Teacher is responsible for the leadership and development of the school and providing the best possible outcomes for our pupils and supporting the communities we serve. Mercenfeld is on its journey to striving for excellence and we seek a Head Teacher who is capable of leading the school on its continued journey.

This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to work within a supportive school and wider Trust team. Head Teachers within our Trust are provided with the autonomy to lead their school in a way that is best suited to their community. We are a supportive and collaborative Trust with Head Teachers being key decision makers within our organisation.
