What skills and experience we're looking for
The governing body is seeking to appoint a head teacher who:
- Is an excellent leader with high expectations of achievement and behaviour, who will seek to create an environment in which children flourish emotionally, socially and academically.
- Has proven experience of successful leadership and knows what success looks like.
- Has vision, energy, honesty and loyalty and can inspire and motivate staff and children.
- Is excited by the opportunities that Morton Trentside Primary school offers.
- Values people and will be able to demonstrate an open and inclusive approach to working and communicating with children, staff, governors, parents and the wider community.
