Job summary
We are looking for a Head Teacher who:
demonstrates strong leadership skills;
is an inspirational leader with the energy and vision to continue raising
standards across the whole curriculum;
can maximize improvement opportunities;
is approachable and nurturing towards staff, families and children;
will be inclusive, passionate and creative about teaching and has a strong
sense of purpose and drive to build resilience and exemplary behavior within
our children;
will work alongside the Trust and Governors to ensure that their impact on
school priorities is effective;
will continue to develop community cohesion and parental engagement.
