We are looking for a Head Teacher who:
 demonstrates strong leadership skills;

standards across the whole curriculum;
 can maximize improvement opportunities;
 is approachable and nurturing towards staff, families and children;
 will be inclusive, passionate and creative about teaching and has a strong
sense of purpose and drive to build resilience and exemplary behavior within
our children;
 will work alongside the Trust and Governors to ensure that their impact on
school priorities is effective;
 will continue to develop community cohesion and parental engagement.
