We are looking for a Head Teacher who:
- Understands and will promote our strong Christian ethos and values to ensure they will continue to flourish within the diverse community
- Is a team player with high expectations of themselves, pupils and staff and has a passion for enabling everyone to reach their abilities.
- Has the vision, passion and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire everyone to be the best they can be
- Is approachable and has a proven track record of developing and maintaining good relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies
- Will ensure the importance of academic progress is accompanied by opportunities to develop social, creative and sporting skills
- Has an excellent understanding of safeguarding and is fully committed to inclusion, equality & diversity
- Will provide the highest levels of support for staff well-being and for their professional development while ensuring that all staff are respected and valued
