We are looking for a Head Teacher who:

Has the vision, passion and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire everyone to be the best they can be
Is approachable and has a proven track record of developing and maintaining good relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies
Will ensure the importance of academic progress is accompanied by opportunities to develop social, creative and sporting skills
Has an excellent understanding of safeguarding and is fully committed to inclusion, equality & diversity
Will provide the highest levels of support for staff well-being and for their professional development while ensuring that all staff are respected and valued

Salary Group 2, L15 – L21A (£70,293 - £80,634)
