What skills and experience we're looking for
As our current headteacher retires, St Mary Magdalene Church of England Primary School in West Bromwich, West Midlands is looking for our next headteacher; someone to lead our school with a Christian ethos where we “Love to learn and learn to love”.
St Mary Magdalene is a one form entry primary with a nursery provision. Pay Scale: 15-21
The governing body is seeking someone who:
- Can lead with a strong vision and fully understands the Christian distinctiveness of a Church of England school.
- Is passionate about high quality teaching and learning for all children.
- Is forward thinking, innovative and proactive.
- Is a determined, resilient, and collaborative school leader, driven to achieve the highest outcomes for our children.
