  • Community Engagement: Strengthen the school’s relationships with parents, local parishes, other schools, the Archdiocese, and the wider community. Promote the school as a centre of faith, learning, and social responsibility.
  • Accountability: Ensure that high standards of achievement, behaviour, and safety are maintained. Be accountable to the Governing Body, the Archdiocese, and other stakeholders for the school’s performance.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Catholic faith and a strong commitment to Catholic education.
  • Possess the leadership skills to inspire and motivate staff, pupils, and the school community.
  • Be an outstanding communicator with the ability to engage and build positive relationships with all members of the school community, including governors, parents, and external agencies.
  • Have proven experience in school leadership and a track record of improving standards in teaching and learning.
  • Be committed to the spiritual and moral development of all children and young people.
  • Be strategic in thinking and able to translate vision into practical actions to drive school improvement.

We Offer:
