We are seeking a visionary and inspirational leader who can champion and sustain the culture which is inclusive and supportive with ambitious expectations for students. The successful candidate will be a visible and high profile role model with a professional approach that demands excellence, competence, trust and respect through inspiring and empowering staff to succeed. The ability to engage with parents and carers and to set high expectations and monitor the standards of teaching and learning and outcomes for students will be key.

The Crossley Heath School is a mixed grammar school (Y7-13) and a standalone Academy.
