What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governing Body are looking for a headteacher who will:
- Build on the unique vision of The Oaks, continuing to “Bring Learning to Life” and enhancing the children’s lifelong love of learning;
- Provide outstanding leadership, inspiring and motivating all children and staff to reach their full potential;
- Be and effective and engaging communicator, able to work in partnership with Governors and the wider school community; and
- Be able to demonstrate effective financial management of the school budget.

The children, staff and governing body of The Oaks Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and outstanding leader to ensure the continued success and further development of our “Outstanding” school.
