What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governing Body are looking for a headteacher who will:
- Build on the unique vision of The Oaks, continuing to “Bring Learning to Life” and enhancing the children’s lifelong love of learning;
- Provide outstanding leadership, inspiring and motivating all children and staff to reach their full potential;
- Be and effective and engaging communicator, able to work in partnership with Governors and the wider school community; and
- Be able to demonstrate effective financial management of the school budget.
