What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

Has energy, drive and commitment to maintain high aspirations for pupils, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to face the challenges of the ever-changing world.
Will have high expectations in continuing to develop the curriculum model, and the existing wide-ranging learning opportunities for all children.
Will continue to forge strong relationships with families, carers, church and the wider community who work in partnership with the school.
Will lead the school in its mission to continue to offer an excellent education within a framework of Christian values and beliefs.
Has proven experience of delivering improvements and embedding successful practice.
Is an exceptional classroom practitioner with an infectious curiosity and love of learning, with the leadership skills to deliver good quality continuing professional development.
Provides inspirational leadership, ensuring delivery of educational excellence through the highest possible standards of teaching and learning
Will strengthen and improve upon our reputation as a caring, nurturing and inclusive school, with a particular focus on staff and pupil well-being.
Understands the varied demands and valuable rewards of running a small school.
