A learning centred leader, you will have a deep understanding of how children learn with a strategic approach to removing barriers. You will be relentless about creating the best possible educational experience for every pupil and your previous experience and success as a senior leader will mean that you have the skills to lead our motivated teaching team.
We are looking for someone who has;
• Passion and drive
• A fundamental belief that every child can succeed regardless of their background or starting point
• Experience of leading or developing SEND provision
• The ability forge excellence relationships with the parents and wider community
• A desire to work in a collaborative culture as part of a multi academy Trust
• An understanding of, and desire to be, a Church school leader
