The successful candidate will:
- Be an inspiring and dedicated Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher looking to take that next step and shape the future of Barlby Bridge
- Have the vision and commitment to make difficult decisions whilst fostering a positive and ‘can-do’ ethos
- Have an openness and transparency to enable healthy communication at all levels
- Be fully on board with the CUSP curriculum
- Have the financial acumen and foresight to deliver value for money in a challenging financial climate
