What the school offers its staff
In return we can offer you:
- Children who are keen to learn, behave well, and care for each other
- A school community that is happy and at ease with itself, and which lives out its Christian ethos and values on a day-to-day basis
- An experienced SLT, and an excellent wider staff team with considerable expertise and creativity, who enjoy working together and care deeply for our pupils
- A local governing body which is very much part of the school team, and focused on staff and children’s wellbeing
- The opportunity to explore and enhance your own collaborative leadership as the school adjusts to meet the needs of a growing village in future years
