Brockholes C E (C) Junior and Infant School is a popular and attractive Church School, situated in the village of Brockholes, within the rural Holme Valley of West Yorkshire.

Due to retirement, we are seeking a new Headteacher to join our friendly and inclusive school. Here at Brockholes, we are very proud of our Outstanding school where we respect and celebrate individuality.

We have a broad and ambitious curriculum in which our exceptionally well behaved pupils make strong progress and achieve high outcomes.

In order to be successful, you will have QTS and desirably, evidence of further relevant professional development in school leadership. You must have experience of teaching in schools covering the full primary range (including foundation stage), coupled with substantial experience of working within a senior management team (with successful whole school responsibility.) You must be willing to uphold our Christian values.

You could be a current Deputy Head looking for your next step or an existing Headteacher in pursuit of a new role. You will be supported by our school family in our warm, fun and welcoming environment, backed by a strong team of Governors.

About Brockholes School

Brockholes School, located between Holmfirth and Honley, West Yorkshire, has been serving our community since 1842. Our school is a thriving, one-form entry primary school with a PAN of 210, each taught in a single class per year group.
