We want a Headteacher who:

- Has a passion for school improvement and a proven track record of leading and positively impacting on pupil progress and attainment

- Sets and models high standards for self and others
- Has a coherent understanding of relevant and current educational policy and practice
- Has the knowledge and expertise to maintain a highly effective culture of safeguarding across the school.
- Recognises and understands the importance of Children’s Rights, and is committed to continuing the school’s journey as a UNICEF Gold Rights Respecting School
