Chiltern Learning Trust is seeking to recruit a talented, dynamic and ambitious Headteacher for Challney High School for Girls. The successful candidate needs to be an inspirational, motivated and committed leader, with the ability to help us with our vision and school improvement journey.
We are looking for someone who can lead us with care, compassion and conviction, and be an integral part of our community. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to the future of the pupils at Challney High School for Girls.
The role will provide professional leadership and management for the academy in line with our vision, mission and values and to ensure continued improvement and success through high quality education which inspires and motivates in order to secure excellent education for all our pupils.

The closing date for applications is Monday 20th May 2024 at 9.00am. Interviews will be held on Thursday 23rd May 2024 (PM) and all day on Friday 24th May 2024.
