We are looking to appoint a passionate and forward thinking Head teacher, who has a vision for further development and the skills to lead an excellent team of teachers and administrative staff who are committed to providing the very best outcomes for every single child in our school.
Chaulden Junior school is a 2 form entry school, set in spacious grounds in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, with easy access to the M1 & M25. We are part of the Spiral Partnership Trust family of schools - a multi-academy trust of primary schools.
The successful candidate will be a talented teacher in their own right who is enthusiastic to develop excellent teaching and learning, can provide clear, inspirational, leadership to raise educational standards throughout the school and has the ability to inspire and motivate all staff and pupils to achieve their full potential. Following a period of change, the school is now making great progress and has an established staff team, ambitious for the schools future. This is a well-timed opportunity for a new headteacher to really make a difference and take the school on the next stage of its journey
As part of the Spiral Partnership Trust family of six primary schools, the new headteacher will work closely with other school leaders and enjoy the support and expertise of a strong, professional support team, including our Trust school improvement team and business team, which offers Teaching and learning, HR, IT and finance support.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to develop excellent teaching and learning, nurture staff and children and establish an excellent school at the heart of the local community.
