Essential educational requirements
First degree or equivalent
Qualified Teacher Status
Already hold NPQH or similar leadership/management qualification, or be willing to undertake.
Essential skills and experience
Experience of working in Key Stage 2
Successful management experience in middle or senior school leadership.
Proven track record of raising educational standards and maintaining school improvement, including target setting, monitoring and evaluation. Have a vision for exceptional education.
Absolute commitment to safeguarding and the creation of a safe environment for children and achieving high expectations of pupils’ behaviour.
Experience of/ability to work within a collaborative Trust.
Capacity to plan and deliver Trust-wide Key Performance Indicators.
Significant experience of strong engagement with local communities.
Flexibility, humility and resilience.
Strong numerical/data skills.
Open and accessible management style, approachable, enabling, caring and strong communication skills.
