What skills and experience we're looking for
Clipston is a small, rural, Church of England primary school with a superb team of friendly, welcoming and happy staff. We are seeking to recruit a new Headteacher to lead our thriving school from September 2025.
Based in a historic Grade II listed building we offer a popular, caring and exciting environment for children from Clipston and surrounding villages.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational and outstanding practitioner who clearly communicates a Christian vision for the leadership of Clipston School by word and example. They will demonstrate passion and commitment in leading the school in all aspects of its common life and build mutually beneficial links with the church and wider community.
We are a school with a strong set of values, and high aspirations for every individual child. Our School Motto is woven into all aspects of school life for every child and adult in our school community, ‘Be Kind, Be your Best, Be Happy’.
