Headteacher job summary

Do you have the drive, determination and ambition, to both lead and collaborate in equal measure? Court Lane Junior School is a popular four form entry school on a shared site with its partner Infant School. We are seeking a strong and dynamic leader able to build on the collaboration with the infant school to further develop a dynamic, supportive and creative learning community for staff, children and parents.

We are seeking a very special individual who will relish the opportunity to develop a new model of architect leadership building on the foundations already laid.
