What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and driven leader who knows what outstanding practice looks like and inspires those around to achieve it by providing inspirational and effective leadership through personal example, motivating staff and pupils to achieve their potential. They will have high expectations for all the children in their care, a caring nurturing leader who can embrace our Christian Orthodox ethos and drive the school forward on the next step on our journey.
