Job summary

Sky Primary and Eden Project Nursery
ISR Range (Group 2) L8 – L21
Start date: January 2022 (or to be negotiated)

We are seeking a leader with previous experience in primary school leadership and school improvement. The candidate will have knowledge and practical experience of such areas as: learning beyond the classroom, performance management, assessment and data analysis, monitoring of teaching and learning through lesson observations, work scrutiny, pupil conferencing and leading staff training. This headship role will involve a teaching commitment in the first few years of opening. We are looking for a talented leader who can stimulate every child’s desire to learn and enable them to achieve their potential.

The salary will be subject to negotiation within the Group 2 range appropriate to the post holder’s experience and skills.
