To be successful in this role you will need to be determined, innovative, passionate about curriculum design and leading learning, in order to secure the very best opportunities for all children, especially the most disadvantaged. You will need a proven track record of senior leadership, a strong approach to supporting those with SEND, and the ability to demonstrate the impact you have made.
