We are seeking someone with the experience and enthusiasm to lead Falconbrook into the future. The right candidate, who brings ambition and commitment to the role, will find this an incredible school to lead.

  • The ability to inspire and motivate and to promote a culture that ensures a continuous focus on raising pupils’ achievement;
  • A proven track record of leading school improvement and raising standards;

  • The strategic vision and skillset to maintain and further develop partnerships between children, parents, governors and the wider community.
