- The ability to inspire and motivate and to promote a culture that ensures a continuous focus on raising pupils’ achievement;
- A proven track record of leading school improvement and raising standards;

- The strategic vision and skillset to maintain and further develop partnerships between children, parents, governors and the wider community.
