- has a proven record of raising achievement for all children and who values and will maintain our inclusive approach supporting all children to thrive
- extensive experience of both EYFS and KS1
- has a commitment to working in partnership with parents and carers in the education of their child
- is fully committed to working collaboratively with other settings, schools and partnerships to facilitate smooth transitions and maximise opportunities for our children’s educational experiences and for our staff teams’ professional development

Shortlisting will take place week commencing 27th March 2023. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a series of pre-interview tasks week commencing 17th April prior to formal interview on Friday 21st April 2023.
Safer recruitment practices will be employed throughout the appointment process. The person appointed will be required to work with children under the age of 18 in a position of trust and will, therefore, not receive protection from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The successful candidate must, therefore, be able to obtain a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.

Forefield Community Infant & Nursery School is a three-form entry infant school with a 54 place nursery. Our school is frequently over-subscribed and held in high regard within the local community.
