What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a Headteacher who:
Has a strong vision for inclusion and equity, and is aspirational for every pupil
Is able to build on the consistently excellent pupil outcomes and continues to enrich the learning experience of all pupils at every stage of the school
Successfully engages, inspires and develops people
Leads with integrity and passion, is resilient and confident
Is committed to collaboration and trust-wide working
Has an appreciation of the symbiotic relationship between the school and the local community and is committed to building trust based relationships with different groups, such as the PTA, local residents, the Church, Village Hall and Parish Council
Enjoys working with children, and who wants to know and understand all the pupils in the school
