What the school offers its staff
You will be a member of the Trust leadership team and work alongside the Deputy CEO as your improvement partner. You will be fully supported by the Trust CEO and Deputy CEO, an experienced School Bursar and a central services team who deliver IT, Finance, Facilities and HR under the leadership of a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer.
You will have the support of an effective, forward thinking Governing Body, committed to providing high quality education in an aspirational learning environment.
The school is part of the Fallibroome Trust, a 10-school cross phase Trust based in Cheshire which presents significant opportunities for professional and leadership development.
