What skills and experience we're looking for
- We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Headteacher to lead our school into its next chapter. As Headteacher, you will be responsible for working with the governing board and leading the Senior Leadership Team in shaping the strategic direction of the school, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Confident and proven leadership experience in a primary school setting.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality education and a broad and diverse curriculum, supporting every child's development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate others.
- A visible and approachable leader, working in partnership and communicating effectively with parents and carers, and the wider school community.
- A professional and dedicated leader who conducts themselves with empathy and is committed to providing an inclusive and fulfilling workplace for all staff.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of successful school management.
- A passion for fostering an inclusive and positive school culture.

Hadleigh Community Primary has a rich history, it was built in 1904 and today is a school at the heart of our community. We are a large school with a pan of 78 per year group and an onsite Nursery.
