Headteacher job summary

Due to the retirement of our Headteacher, we are looking for a successor who is progressive and forward thinking, with a strong belief in the benefits of a values-based education and the ability to set high standards and aspirational targets which will maintain the outstanding provision offered to our children.

We are a vibrant school on the outskirts of London which provides a happy, inclusive and inspiring learning environment. Our children are enthusiastic learners with an appetite for accessing all areas of the curriculum. Our focus on values ensures that we can achieve our vision that every child will become “confident, capable and caring” by raising their levels of self-awareness, resilience, and respect for others.

We are a single-form entry, maintained school which is an active member of the CONNECT Teaching School Alliance, and we work collaboratively with our CONNECT strategic partners as well as many other schools in Enfield, Barnet and Hertfordshire.
