Headteacher job summary
We are a Church of England village primary school seeking a new and aspirational headteacher. This is an opportunity for someone who shares our school vision by having a resolute belief that all children can achieve in order to experience life in all its fullness.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced headteacher or a highly skilled deputy to continue to build upon the existing strengths and work of the school. Being a single academy trust provides the successful candidate a great opportunity to work with a range of professional partners, including the Peterborough Diocese, whilst having complete autonomy as a school.
We are looking for a leader who can:
• Provide inspirational and dynamic leadership within a Church of England context enabling each child to flourish
• Utilise current educational guidance and legislation to ensure our children and school have the best opportunities for all
• Lead a culture of excellence, equity and high expectations in all aspects of our school
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and staff within the school
• Work proactively with all stakeholders to sustain the positive relationships within our village community
