Headteacher / Head of School job summary
We are seeking an outstanding teacher and an inspirational leader for the position of Headteacher / Head of School at The Downs Primary School and Nursery.
The Downs Primary School and Nursery is part of Passmores Co-operative Learning Community (PCLC), working alongside successful primary schools and a secondary school within the same town.
The trust is focussed on community well being and growth. Following on from the really challenging few years it is even more important that we continue to ensure the young people leave with the knowledge and skills to be a success at secondary school and beyond. However, it is also vital that we nurture and develop the whole child. As a Co-operative trust we subscribe to the values that develop rounded and empathetic young people that will give back to the world more than they take.
