Headteacher job summary
We are looking for an exceptional individual, who is secure and confident with unwavering drive and purpose, who values distributed leadership, strong CPD and who can help deliver the vision and ethos for our school, developing and supporting quality first teaching within a well-designed and fully embedded curriculum and provision for all children.
We are looking to recruit a headteacher to lead and develop our improving primary school and nursery, particularly following the September 2020 transition from infant & nursery to primary and one that can sustain the momentum and is not reliant on external support.
In return, the successful candidate will be offered a welcoming, positive school community; highly motivated staff and a supportive and evolving governing body with a wide variety of experience.
