Achievement includes academic success and developing the personal qualities to lead happy, healthy and successful lives’.

We would love to hear from you, if you:

• A strong track record as a leader, with the ability to enthuse pupils;

• An ability to lead and inspire colleagues;

• A successful track record of coaching and supporting colleagues, to improve standards

Further details about the role

The Headteacher at Heaton Avenue will work under the direction of our Primary Executive Principal, who provides outstanding leadership across our primary schools and has led our schools from OFSTED categories to 'Good'.

Overall purpose of the role:

  • Play a leading role in delivering the trust’s aims and objectives, in accordance with our Funding Agreement and Strategy Plan.
  • Lead and manage a primary school to a high standard, fulfilling the standards described in the National Standards for Headteachers 2020, the Governance Handbook and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document.
