* a commitment to delivering continuous improvement in all aspects of school life
* dedication and imagination
to build on the many outstanding strengths of the school and to engage with future educational opportunities.
In turn, we can offer you:
* a dedicated Governing Body
* supportive, excellently trained staff
* engaged parents
* a strong commitment to your professional development.
In March 2018, Hillside School was described by Ofsted, for the fourth consecutive time, as 'Outstanding', stating that "staff do a fabulous job at fulfilling every child's individual needs", that "the culture of safeguarding pupils' well-being is very strong" and "the school is a vibrant, happy place where all pupils are interested in their learning".
