Headteacher job summary
Our successful applicant will be able to motivate, inspire and influence our children, staff and stakeholders, and will assume responsibility for all aspects of school life. This will include inspiring our catholic life, directing our strategic planning, leading curriculum development and, above all, delivering a provision which meets the needs of all our young people.
To succeed, you must be a proven leader and manager with a good understanding of the needs and demands of a catholic school and a clear vision for our future. You must also have the ability to maintain and further develop our team whilst maximising pupil achievement.
