Headteacher job summary
This is a unique opportunity for an outstanding school leader. We are looking for an
experienced, enthusiastic and inspiring leader to lead our diverse primary school in Hall
Green, Birmingham.
○ As required by the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, to be
responsible for the internal organisation, management and control of the school.
○ Formulate the aims and objectives of the school and provide overall strategic
leadership.
○ Establishing policies for achieving these aims and objectives.
○ Manage staff and resources to that end.
○ Monitor progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives.
○ Lead by example and model best practice regarding professional conduct, workload
and personal development.
○ Be a role model for all in our community.
