The Lime Trust is looking for an experienced, passionate and innovative Headteacher to join their leadership team. The Lime Trust consists of 8 schools, 4 Special and 4 Primary in Cambridgeshire and North East London.

This post is to work in one of our Special Schools for learners aged 2-19, within our London hub which covers the London Borough of Havering and the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

We are looking for a Headteacher who can demonstrate:

• The ability to lead confidentially, act on their own initiative and drive the school forward
• Experience of leading rapid change to improve standards and outcomes for pupils
• Experience of managing a large team of staff and being able to hold them to account
• Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
• A clear understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and a wide knowledge and experience of working with children with a range of complex needs
• A commitment to ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential
• High expectations of themself and others

We are looking forward to hearing from successful leaders who are looking to progress their career and embrace a new and exciting challenge. You will be part the Headteacher leadership team across the Trust and work under the direction of the Director of Education.
