ABOUT THE ROLE
As the leading figure within the school, you’ll be at the forefront of developing a bespoke curriculum that caters to the specific needs of pupils with SEND, while upholding the overarching themes and values of the Lime Trust.
Working with a dedicated team of teachers at William Morris, you’ll make sure that they have ample opportunity to be upskilled to develop into future leaders. As well as managing the use of the school’s resources, you’ll look to the future to implement policies and strategies that benefit pupils and staff.
In addition, you’ll be working with staff to help prepare pupils for adulthood. Most pupils from the school go on to either further education or employment at 19, so you’ll be responsible for ensuring that they have access to opportunities to develop the skills needed to prepare them fully for the next stage in their life.
You’ll be a key ambassador for the school, able to inspire pupils to reach their full potential by delivering a quality learning experience
