What the school offers its staff

Manor Infant School is a fantastic two form entry infant school that sits within an established cluster of supportive, local authority schools. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential.

We want a headteacher who is going to give our children the very best start in their life and who will be their champion through infant school and onwards.

We are passionate about building a strong moral compass in every child. We believe that effective relationships at all levels are vital to provide every child with the foundations upon which learning can take place.

We are on a journey taking from Requires Improvement to Good. At our last Local Authority visit, we were on track against our improvement milestones. We are looking for the right person to build upon and lead our continued improvement journey.

We Offer

  • The opportunity to lead a dedicated and committed staff team in a supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Wonderful children who are keen to learn
