Marches School, part of Marches Academy Trust, has recently
been rated ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted with lots of scope to build and grow
further. The Trust is in search of an individual possessing the appropriate
personal attributes, potential, and values to spearhead a new chapter for the
school. Your role will be crucial in our journey towards ongoing enhancement
and positive results, contributing to the provision of quality education for
the Oswestry community in the picturesque rural surroundings of Shropshire.

track record of successful headship, or aspiring Deputy Heads with a desire to
take their next career step.
