We are looking for a leader who will:

Place children at the forefront of everything we do, valuing each child as an individual and continuing the school's outstanding inclusive approach.
Ensure our children receive an outstanding education that is aspirational and raises ambitions.
Encourage, motivate and support the staff team, providing opportunities to share skills and develop nurturing leaders of the future.
Have a substantial leadership experience with a proven track record of driving school improvement.
Possess excellent people management skills with the ability to effectively manage school resources, including the school budget.
