Headteacher job summary
Meath Green Infants is an established Infant school with enthusiastic, dedicated staff and happy, well behaved children who enjoy learning. Our pupils, staff, parents and governors are very proud of our school, which is located in Horley, Surrey.
Following seven years of successful leadership, our current Headteacher will be leaving us at the end of the summer term. We are looking for an exceptional, committed Headteacher with a proven record in educational leadership to share our ambition and strategic vision to build upon on the excellent foundations in place and continue to develop the school.
This opportunity would equally suit an existing Head Teacher, Senior Leader or an ambitious Deputy/Assistant Head looking to take the next step in their career.

Meath Green Infant School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check and medical clearance is required, and references will be taken up for short listed candidates prior to interview. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020. It is an offence to apply for the role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
