This is an exciting time for Governors, staff and pupils at Millway as we seek to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic Headteacher who will invest in the further growth and development of our school.
We have a fantastic learning environment with strong links to the community and are committed to challenging and growing our children through a rich and progressive curriculum which values the whole child.
Millway is rated as a ‘Good’ school by Ofsted (March 2018).
At Millway we have experienced staff and an excellent working atmosphere, created through mutual respect and trust between staff and senior management. This supportive, understanding, realistic working relationship serves to allow professional individuality within a framework underpinned by a sound educational ethos. We are looking for a leader who recognises the potential for further development, both within the staff, but also the school as a whole.
