What skills and experience we're looking for
- A qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, NPQH essential.
- A proven track record of successful school leadership and management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- An understanding of current educational policies and practices
- An ability to promote a positive learning culture and drive continuous improvement
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- An inclusive and supportive approach to education
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

What the school offers its staff
Morgan’s Vale and Woodfalls CE Primary School is a single academy trust which also includes the Mini Morgans Preschool provision. We are a small school in the centre of the village communities of Morgan’s Vale, Woodfalls, Lover and Redlynch and positioned between Salisbury and the New Forest. We pride ourselves on creating a happy environment for children and staff to play, learn and work in. The position of Headteacher is vacant for the first time in over twenty years, due to the retirement of the current postholder.
